We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Porter to join our team at the Francis Hotel Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a welcoming, friendly team as we continue on an exciting journey. Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of the weekly deep cleaning schedule, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained, • Train and support Kitchen Porters, setting expectations and maintaining excellent close-down procedures, • Provide weekend support in a hybrid role, assisting as a second KP during breakfast service and supporting the kitchen team, • Help restock the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are replenished and never run low during peak service, • Assist the main breakfast chef and front-of-house team during busy periods, • Conduct monthly O&E stock takes to monitor breakages and manage cost control, • Complete delivery input and CCP records, and support the organisation an...
