As a Technical Team Leader, you are responsible for supervising our Extrusion Technicians and managing processes to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient operation that meets targets, budgets, and plans. You will lead and motivate a team of PVCu Technicians by embodying our Company Values and serving as a role model for Safety First and quality standards.
