Job Purpose Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and technology to actively introduce and promote our extensive cables and accessory products to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships within your portfolio of assigned customers and proactively ensuring the achievement of sales target on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. You will liaise between your customer base and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs. You will be focused on achieving KPI’s set in line with the Company’s business strategy and be committed to continuous professional development and learn the key features of the technology that we provide to our customers. You will be focused on achieving your sales targets on a monthly basis- bonus structures are in place for achieving targets and bringing on new business. Role Responsibilities • Achieve Sales targets set each month., • Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact daily basis., • To pro-actively seek new business (White Space) by prospecting existing customers and new customers., • Meet and exceed agreed performance objectives & KPI’s., • Maximise sales by continually expanding opportunities with upsell & cross selling skills., • Ensure that systems are up to date for all communications in relation to your account base and all business opportunities. This includes profiling your customers and developing an awareness of their business structure, key contacts and target markets., • Ensure accurate and timely management of all quotations, to build a pipeline of opportunities., • Ensuring that all customers are provided with accurate, proposals, collateral and other information as required. Additional Responsibilities • Completion of vendor accreditations., • Pipeline management., • Ensure you have an up to date Quarterly Sales Plan, which is clearly communicated, manageable, and measurable by company standards. This will include regular individual reviews with your manager or team leader and the setting of SMART objectives., • Communicate and articulate our value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate us from its competitors. Maintain high levels of customer service ensuring that we remain a valued and key supplier., • Always act as an ambassador and representative to ensure a professional image for the Company. Actively contribute and act as a role model to our values., • Develop excellent relationships with allocated customer contacts. Use all sales support resources and departments to maximise the customer's experience. Skills & Personal Attributes • Minimum 2 years experience in an internal sales or field sales role, • Commercial and business awareness with a strong level of negotiation and influencing skills, • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively, • Excellent communication skills –written and verbally, face-to-face and remotely., • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Complete all required documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards. Pass relevant information to subsequent shifts and ensure comprehensive shift handovers. Report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately. Provide support across other folding machines, including holiday and sickness cover. Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and forms completed. Carry out stock checks on machine parts and reorder where necessary. Maintain lean manufacturing standards and report if targets are not met or unachievable. Undertake training as required and comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies. Perform any other duties as required to support production and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For: Experience operating folding machinery, particularly MBO or Heidelberg folders (other machine experience considered). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
