What You Will Do Deliver strengths and assets-based statutory social work , adhering to the Care Act , Mental Capacity Act , and Mental Health Act . Work collaboratively with mental health services to provide recovery-promoting social interventions . Apply the Three Conversations model , demonstrating strong assessment, support planning, intervention, and evaluation skills. Conduct safeguarding enquiries and manage complex cases using sound professional judgment.
