Creative Strategists: All incredibly strong on consumer psychology, positioning, brand and the latest trends on social. They concept, brief and analyse creative to continue fuelling ad account growth. Design Team: Experts across the full creative spectrum, from campaign-style motion through to low-fi organic feeling content. They bring ideas and brands to life, ensuring the thinking behind our creative lands in the context of social. Operations Team: An essential team of highly organised individuals ensuring the volume and scale of creative that we put out remains slick and well oiled. Each of our team members is empowered to work and communicate closely with each other at all levels of the business. THE ROLE We’re looking for an Account Director (Paid Social/Creative background) to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and quickly growing with us as a business. Day to day, you will be leading a pod of Creative Strategists, Designers and Ops specialists with a core remit to oversee the client experience, ensuring their long term growth & partnership with Aura. Alongside being the lead strategic contact for your clients, you’ll also be part of the full client lifecycle, including leading pitches and onboarding new clients. You must be switched on, commercial, empathetic, ambitious, a natural leader with a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself and your team up after making mistakes. Ideally you should have at least 6+ years’ experience in performance marketing specifically, in an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side, with a core focus on paid social or creative. We aim to delight our clients at every turn, so your client services skills will need to be exceptional - this is arguably the most important trait. This is a pivotal role in the company as we continue to scale, and one where you’ll be instrumental in helping develop the talent within the agency itself too. You’ll be playing a vital role in helping grow not just Aura as a business but the wider Consumed Group too, and helping shaping some of the best consumer ecommerce brands in the world.
