We are looking for a support worker / carer to join the team around a 18 year old severely disabled & autistic & epileptic teenager with additional health needs. He lives at home with his family. He has 24 hour 1:1 support and for some activities 2:1 support (eg. when visiting the pool, special needs bike club, visiting the park etc). But often he just needs a lot of care and then can not do any activities and needs a lot of patience. About the Teen: He is a friendly, non verbal, very autistic young man with severe epilepsy, a movement disorder and additional health needs. He can walk only with support. He needs help with all elements of his daily life. He does like to be active (but not in an athletic way) and he loves to be entertained - so who ever applies needs to fit and strong and fun!!!!! But also patient. He often also needs a lot of care as he can have seizures or other heath issues which lead to him needing to spend time in hospital. His team of support workers / carers help him with all his daily life & routine which includes supporting and facilitating access to activities and community, help him with learning more self help skills and communication, all of his personal care, help with his laundry and keep his environment clean & tidy. About you: This job will suit someone with good experience supporting a person with disability and autism and has a real interest in disability and autism. You are not afraid to learn care elements like catheterisation and dealing with PEG and Peristeen (ideally you have experience already and other elements of care - otherwise we train you). You need to be following the behaviour plan (ABA) which we would explain to you and you would be required to attend the team meetings with our ABA Consultant and the rest of the experienced team. This could suit a student of a related field (eg. Psychology, Nursing, SEN Pedagogy, Physio etc.) as a part time position (26 hr+). There are always extra bank hours additionally available. You need to be able to swim - this is important to him and a must for this job. Ideally only a non-smoker / non vaper. You like dogs and are not afraid of a friendly big dog. You are open to work some weekends (or most weekends if this suits you) and some bank holidays (shared with the team). We are looking for an experienced cleaner, flexible to work during the week and during the weekend. The office is near to Covent Garden station, which is the meeting point each morning. We have some flats 10-15 min away by walking, but also 30-40 minutes away by train. The travel itself is not paid, but the time we spend travelling it is. We are cleaning daily 2-3 flats, depending on the size and distance. In the morning, the cleaners are coming to the office to take the keys, the cleaning products and the amenities such as coffee, shower gel etc. and then go to the flats. The start time may be different each day according with the tasks. 08:00-08:30 when we clean the offices, 09:30-10:00-10:30, when we have only flats. We can offer 0h contract or a position as a self employed, but a cleaner insurance is required. The rate is £15.40 per hour and the payment is once a month at the end of the month.

We are looking for a support worker / Carer to join the team around an 18 year old severely autistic & epileptic teenager with additional health needs. He lives at home with his family. He has 24 hour 1:1 support and for some activities 2:1 (like visiting the pool, special needs bike club, visiting the park or visiting shops and cafes). About the Teen: He is a friendly, non verbal, very autistic boy with severe epilepsy, a movement disorder and additional health needs. He is non verbal and can walk only with support. He needs help with all elements of his daily life. He does like to be active (but not in an athletic way) and he loves to be entertained. He likes to be spoken to even though communication is very difficult for him. But he also often also needs a lot of care as he can have seizures or other health issues which lead to him needing to spend time in hospital. His team of support workers / carers help him with his daily life & routine which includes supporting and facilitating access to activities and community, help him with learning more self help skills and communication, all of his personal care, help with his laundry and keep his environment clean & tidy. About you: This job will suit someone with good experience supporting a young person with disability and autism and has a real interest in disability and autism. You are not afraid to learn care elements like catheterisation and dealing with PEG and Peristeen (ideally you have experience already and other elements of care - otherwise we train you). But this is not just about care but also very much about support and we would like to find someone who can be active, fun and shows initiative. You need to be following the behaviour plan which would explain to you. This could potentially suit a student of a related field as a part time position (but a full time position is also available). You need to be able to swim - this is important to him. Ideally you are a non-smoker / non vaper. You are open to work some weekends and some bank holidays (shared with the team) and also take on some waking night supports. Both day and night shifts are available and we would prefer applicants who are open to both day and night shifts. Ideally you would be willing to commit for a minimum of 12 months or more. This is needed as a lot of training is involved as well. Restaurant Manager (SOC: 1222) Location: Pho Brunch, 63 Commercial Street, London, E1 6BD Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Owner / Director Working Hours: 37.5 hours / week Salary: £37,800 - £40,000 per annum Company Overview: We operate a group of three Vietnamese restaurants across London, delivering authentic, high-quality Vietnamese cuisine with a focus on customer experience, consistency, and a welcoming environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship site—Pho Brunch—and contribute to the overall success of our brand. Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading and developing staff, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards, and achieving financial and customer service targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, uphold brand standards, and create a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality food service, and adherence to company standards. - Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless customer experience. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times. Team Leadership & Human Resources - Recruit, train, and onboard new staff to build a capable and cohesive team. - Develop training programs and continuous learning opportunities to maintain high performance. - Create and manage weekly staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage. - Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development. Inventory & Supplier Coordination - Monitor stock levels and control inventory to reduce waste and costs. - Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues. - Implement stock-taking procedures and maintain accurate records. Customer Experience - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. - Promote a culture of excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement. Compliance & Safety - Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations. - Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. - Ensure all staff are trained in food safety and emergency procedures. Financial Management - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance. - Monitor sales performance, labour costs, and profitability. - Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality. Marketing & Promotion - Support the development and execution of local marketing campaigns and events. - Engage with the community and customers to promote brand loyalty. - Work with senior management to develop promotional strategies that increase footfall and sales. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards. Financial literacy with the ability to manage budgets, interpret sales data, and control costs. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Desirable Qualities: Passion for Vietnamese cuisine and hospitality. Experience with multi-site operations or supporting across multiple locations. Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
