    PERMANENT FLT DRIVER (Counterbalance)and(Bendi) GTR Recruitment has been instructed to source professional FLT Operators for Permanent, positions with our client in Leicester. These are not temporary agency roles; successful candidates will be employed directly by the company from Day 1, offering long-term stability and a highly competitive benefits package. The Package: Status: Permanent Contract Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday) Breaks: 1.5 hours total breaks per shift Annual Leave: 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Birthday Benefit: Your Birthday Off + £20 gift voucher Additional Benefits: Free parking and free tea/coffee facilities Requirements: Valid and accredited Counterbalance (CB) and Bendi (Pivot Steer) licenses. Proven experience in a warehouse environment with a focus on safety and accuracy. A professional, reliable approach to your work and equipment.     Duties and Responsibilities: · Maintaining statistical and financial records · Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability · Create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment · Dealing with customer queries and complaints · Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so · To control and operate the store in accordance with company instructions, policies, and procedures in order to minimize operating costs and maximize profits · Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing · Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction · Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service · Ensure racks are fully stocked · Utilizing customer experience and everyday coaching across the team (especially during peak times) · Inform customers about discounts and special offers and managing budgets Skill/experience/qualifications: · Excellent all-around managing skills · Strong experience in Excel · Excellent organizational and proven ability to manage the full extent of business requirements · Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Customer management skills Bachelor &/ Master’s degree or a related study and experience
