The Role We need an outgoing, high-energy Front of House Manager who thrives on the variety of all-day service. You must have a 360-degree understanding of the business and be ready to lead from the front. Key Responsibilities: Versatile Leadership: You are the glue that holds the day together. You will work bar shifts , act as a lead barista , and manage the floor during high-pressure transitions. Operational Mastery: Full understanding of all facets of the businessfrom morning prep and P&Ls to late-night stock control and closing.
