Extensive knowledge of garment production processes, from machinery to construction. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve production issues. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a bonus. You will report to the Operations Manager.
