Manage the running of numerous survey projects from planning stage through to delivery of data to the end client. What you'll bring Expert knowledge of Survey Disciplines, including PAS128 (Utility Detection) Good knowledge and understanding of CAD practices. Prepare survey reports containing information, conclusions and recommendations. Ideally a formal project management qualification, such as APM Project management & delivery experience within a safety critical environment Fully conversant with safety regulations (particularly CDM) Possess a strong commercial acumen with knowledge of project management and NEC forms of contract, to manage day to day contract obligations Demonstrable experience with both the commercial & project deliverables on previous projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate the people working with you Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to manage work efficiently between multiple projects. Share knowledge and coach other team members in order to support improvements in team's performance. Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors CSCS Card – Black SMSTS Qualified Full Clean Driving License 5yr Traceable employment Ideally Level 5 or above QCF Certificate in Utility Mapping and Surveying Ideally Experience of using GPR scanners, GPS and RD series equipment Ideally Knowledge of N4CE survey software Ideally Basic knowledge of BIM practices Ideally Experience working within the utilities, engineering and aviation sector Ideally Degree/HND in Geospatial Sciences / Engineering or equivalent.
