Trainee Removals Branch Manager – Nottingham Alchemy is working with a leading UK removals company to recruit a Trainee Removals Branch Manager in Nottingham. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity in the domestic, international and commercial relocation industry. The role offers full training and fast-track career progression within a busy operational branch environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Shadow and support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, • Learn to manage branch profitability and cost control, • Assist in sales development for domestic, international, storage, and O&I relocations, • Coordinate quotes, bookings, and job scheduling, • Help manage logistics, vehicles and staff deployment, • Ensure high-quality customer service and complaint resolution, • Support personnel management, including training and shift planning, • Monitor inventory, warehouse and storage operations, • Help implement health & safety procedures on removal sites, • Collect operational metrics and assist with performance reporting, • Liaise with suppliers, vendors and industry partners, • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Ability to work independently and in a team, • Good numeracy and literacy, with PC literacy (MS Office), • Planning and organisational skills, • Highly motivated, ambitious and resourceful attitude, • Relocation or logistics sector experience preferred but not essential Interested?
