This role is well suited to an individual with early-stage project management or site-based experience who is keen to accelerate their progression into a full Project Manager position. Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple projects. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team that offers genuine long-term career development and a clearly defined progression pathway. You’ll do all of this whilst gaining valuable niche M&E expertise which will propel your earnings ahead of other construction / Civils peers. Role Overview • Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of M&E projects from inception to completion, • Assist with project programmes, documentation, procurement, and progress reporting, • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, • Support the preparation of RAMS, variations, project costings, and tender documentation. CDM experience is a plus., • Attend site visits, carry out inspections, and assist with the management of subcontractors and site supervisors, • Help manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality, programme, and budget targets are met, • Assist in resolving site-based issues and promote a proactive, solutions-focused approach Candidate Requirements • Experience in a construction or project coordination role (e.g. Assistant Project Manager, Trainee PM, Site Supervisor, Technical Coordinator), • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with site teams and stakeholders, • Full UK driving licence – this role will involve a lot of travel and face time on site., • Strong ambition to progress into a Project Manager role Salary & Benefits • £30,000 – £40,000 salary, dependent on experience, • Permanent, full-time position, • Private medical insurance, • Life assurance, • Company mobile phone, • Enhanced workplace pension, • Discretionary performance-related bonus, • Structured and supported progression route to Project Manager If you're ready to step up your progression game and play a key role in shaping how these projects move forward, we’d love to hear from you.
