The Opportunity As Café Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a high-volume café. You will support the management team in driving performance, maintaining standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive, organised individual who is confident managing people, performance, and compliance within a fast-paced hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Delivery • Oversee the daily running of a flagship, fast-paced café, • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and customer service, • Lead by example, remaining hands-on within service People Management • Supervise, support and motivate café staff, • Lead on rota planning and resource management, • Provide coaching and on-the-job training to team members Performance & Commercial Focus • Implement KPI setting and performance monitoring, • Drive revenue growth through effective service and upselling, • Assist in managing costs, including labour and stock Stock Control & Compliance • Oversee stock control, ordering and waste management, • Ensure all health & safety, hygiene and food safety standards are met, • Maintain full compliance with policies, procedures and audit requirements About You We are looking for a confident and capable supervisor with strong operational and people management experience.
