    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage staff providing person-centered care, ensuring support plans promote independence, dignity, and safety. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, compliance with CQC standards, staff supervision, risk management, and fostering active community engagement. Due to the personal care requirements of the service users, we are currently recruiting female care staff only. Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in theUK at the time of application. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Staff Leadership: Mentoring, supervising, and developing support staff, including managing performance and training. • Person-Centred Care: Ensuring support plans are implemented to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities. • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitoring services to ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and legislation. • Operational Management: Coordinating daily routines, conducting risk assessments, and managing safeguarding issues. • Reporting & Communication: Reporting to service managers, attending meetings, and communicating with external stakeholders and families. • On-call Duties: Participating in out-of-hours on-call rotations to support the team. National Care Group +4 • Working on shifts as part of the care team and completed admin duties Key Skills & Requirements • Experience: Previous experience as a team leader in a LD/Autistic environment • Knowledge: Understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care principles.• Leadership: Strong communication, decision-making, and motivation skills. • Qualifications: Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or higher) or working towards one This post is restricted to female applicants only as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
