Electrical Maintenance Technician (Shift) Horsham, West Sussex Full-time | Shift-based (4 on / 4 off) £49,183.68 rising to £52,612.56 after probation The Role An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a busy, fast-paced operations team at a large-scale processing facility in West Sussex. This role is key to maintaining plant performance and ensuring maximum availability through a proactive and reactive maintenance approach. Working on a rotating shift pattern, you will play a critical part in delivering safe, efficient engineering operations while driving continuous improvement.
