Aircraft Maintenance Production Planner required for a 12 months contract in North-East England. \n \n This contract is Inside IR35 and the Umbrella pay rate is up to £40 per hour. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n\n • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules aligned to aircraft delivery targets and operational priorities\n, • Translate approved aircraft maintenance work scopes into work packs and task sequences\n, • Ensure availability of labour, skills, tooling, and materials to execute planned work scopes\n, • Coordinate closely with procurement and stores to ensure parts are available at point of use\n, • Monitor progress against plan, identifying risks, constraints, and critical path impacts\n, • Drive recovery actions for delays, shortages, and emerging issues\n, • Liaise with CAMO Maintenance Planning to ensure work scope alignment and compliance with the AMP\n, • Support aircraft throughput to ensure base maintenance output enables line operations availability\n, • Maintain accurate planning records and configuration control data\n, • Support safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities\n, • Ensure all planning activities comply with CAA Part 145, MAA (where applicable), and company MOE requirements\n\n \n Essential Experience \n \n\n • Proven experience in aviation production planning, aircraft maintenance planning, or aerospace MRO operations\n, • Strong understanding of CAA Part 145 environment and aircraft maintenance flow\n, • Experience managing resource planning, materials coordination, and schedule delivery\n, • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance planning systems / MRO software\n\n \n Desirable \n \n\n • Knowledge of CAMO functions and AMP control\n, • Experience supporting military or mixed-regulation environments (MAA / FAA / EASA)\n, • Understanding of SMS and quality systems\n, • Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)\n\n \n Must be able to obtain SC clearance \n
