Senior Product Manager Overview This organisation is building a suite of innovative payment products, including a digital wallet, contactless solutions, and payment processing tools. Role Purpose We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product area, owning the customer-facing mobile wallet experience. This role focuses on how the wallet works end-to-end - from onboarding through to daily usage - ensuring a seamless, reliable experience delivered through mobile releases. You will: • Own and evolve the current wallet experience, • Lead the rollout of a new wallet version from early testing through to full release, • Operate effectively in a regulated, real-world environment, • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces This role suits a strong generalist Product Manager who takes ownership, focuses on outcomes, and can navigate complexity. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership • Customer signup, onboarding, and account setup, • Wallet balances, availability, and transaction history, • Core wallet actions (load, withdraw, transfer, account management), • Wallet states, statuses, and user-facing outcomes, • Representation and clarity of payment activity within the app, • Ensure wallet behaviour aligns with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, • Translate compliance and risk requirements into clear product experiences, • Own the roadmap and backlog for the wallet, • Lead the development and rollout of the next-generation wallet experience, • Define priorities and translate ambiguous inputs into clear deliverables, • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, • Deliver improvements through incremental, well-managed releases, • Plan around mobile release processes (versioning, approvals, rollouts), • Ensure features are production-ready, including documentation and support handover, • Engage stakeholders across the business, • 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager, • Proven ownership of a customer-facing product or feature area, • Strong collaboration with engineering teams on systems, flows, and trade-offs, • Ability to balance user experience with operational and regulatory constraints, • Experience with mobile, platform, or API-driven products (desirable, not essential), • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, • Experience within financial services or regulated environments, • Competitive salary, • Private health and dental care for you and your family, • Pension scheme, • Life assurance, • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Professional development support, • Employee assistance programme, • Wellbeing and team events
