Quiz Master’s (Games Host) mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our customers by offering a warm, fun, and energetic welcome, while actively contributing to additional sales. The Quiz Master works under the supervision of the Center Manager. Responsibilities: • Welcome players with enthusiasm and energy., • Contribute to revenue growth by systematically offering additional sales., • Handle phone calls with the aim of improving the customer experience and increasing sales., • Ensure the center is well maintained on a daily basis by complying with group standards and ensure the proper function of the rooms (maintenance, cleaning)., • Manage inventory and supplies., • Brief players to immerse them in the Quiz Room universe., • Monitor the smooth running of games remotely., • Debrief the game with players and review their scores., • Support the Center Manager with B2B requests when needed., • Obtain 5-star reviews on Tripadvisor and Google and respond to customer reviews.
