Production Manager - Bakery\n\nSalary Negotiable DOE + 33 Days Holiday + Enhanced Company Pension\n\nMonday - Friday, Days Only\n\nManchester\n\nAre you a Production leader from a Food Manufacturing background with Bakery experience and looking for a step up into a high-impact role where you can hold ultimate responsibility for production at an iconic business?\n\nThis historical and family-owned food manufacturer specialises in the production of traditional pastry products that are supplied to major retailers across the UK including Tesco & Waitrose. They produce almost a million units weekly and have plans to continue growing over the coming years.\n\nIn this role you will hold overall responsibility for production, working closely with the company's owners and overseeing about 40 staff across several lines to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products in compliance with food safety & regulatory standards.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years' production management experience in Food Manufacturing along with experience specifically in a Bakery setting, preferably with pastry products although this isn't essential.
