The Opportunity You will join a dynamic team that includes planners, surveyors and architects, working across a wide range of residential, commercial and leisure development projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of planning consultants., • Oversee and support complex planning applications., • Coordinate and respond to development plan consultations., • Provide clear, commercially driven planning advice to clients and colleagues., • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong and lasting client relationships., • Foster a positive, motivated and high‑performing team environment. Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly capable and motivated planning professional who can demonstrate: • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively., • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills., • Experience in development management, EIA and development plans., • Commercial awareness, including the ability to identify and secure new opportunities., • Confidence in networking and building trusted, long‑term client relationships.
