Technical Marketing & Strategy • Lead strategy across key accounts, translating commercial objectives into measurable performance marketing plans., • Audit and challenge paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, ECRM, and lead-gen funnels., • Ensure best-in-class setup for tracking, attribution, conversion rate optimisation, and data accuracy (GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, API-driven lead flows)., • Use platform data and first-party insights to build strategies that reduce CPL, improve ROAS, and scale revenue. Client Ownership & Commercial Growth • Manage a small portfolio of high-value accounts while directing the wider account team., • Build senior stakeholder relationships and position Leadly as a strategic partner, not just a delivery agency., • Drive client retention, upsell opportunities, contract renewals, and margin profitability. THE ROLE The Head of Financial Statements Solutions will lead Inflo’s efforts to design, build, and deliver a world-class Financial Statements Preparation product, directly integrated into the Inflo platform. This product will transform how firms prepare, review, and manage financial statements under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP, alongside support for key US industries such as Non-Profit and Government Audits. This is a pivotal role within the Solutions function — combining deep accounting and reporting expertise with the ability to guide a cross-functional delivery team to bring an innovative, cloud-native product to market. You will define the strategic vision, roadmap, and operational model for the Financial Statements Solutions department, ensuring seamless alignment with Inflo’s methodology, platform capabilities, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Financial Statements Solutions department, ensuring the teams deliver high-quality, scalable software and templates that support the preparation of financial statements across multiple jurisdictions and frameworks., • Define and drive the long-term vision for Inflo’s Financial Statements Preparation product, ensuring it is aligned with audit workflows, regulatory standards, and customer needs., • Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial statement templates and supporting tools for UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP, including relevant US industry-specific content (e.g., Non-Profit, Government)., • Collaborate closely with other Heads of Solutions to ensure the Financial Statements product integrates seamlessly with Workpapers, Methodology, and Platform capabilities., • Develop and evolve a scalable operating model for the department, including resource planning, recruitment needs, and succession planning, ensuring the department is equipped for future growth., • Champion a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous improvement, while promoting team accountability and cross-functional collaboration across the Solutions function., • Act as an advocate for the department's needs and those of its individuals, representing them across the function and within interactions with the Leadership Team to ensure our people are cared for and listened to., • Provide data-driven updates to the CSO, demonstrating progress toward delivery milestones, customer value, and readiness for market launch., • Offer coaching, challenge, and development support to all individuals within the Financial Statements Solutions department, ensuring strong performance, technical growth, and clear progression pathways., • Ensure seamless coordination across the department, by continuously evaluating and improving workflows to align with best practices and organizational goals., • Optimize the effectiveness of delivery across all Financial Statements Solutions teams, including the processes that enhance team effectiveness and individual performance., • Oversee the end-to-end software delivery related to the Financial Statements Solutions by implementing and maintaining robust control mechanisms for managing the delivery lifecycle and ensuring timely and high-quality releases., • Oversee the delivery of actionable insights on product performance and user behaviour, particularly through Solutions-specific Azure dashboard and NPS results, commentary and follow-up., • Engage with customers, regulators, and professional bodies to ensure Inflo’s Financial Statements product reflects evolving reporting standards and firm practices., • Build external visibility and thought leadership by sharing insights on digital financial statement preparation, emerging trends, and Inflo’s approach to innovation., • Engage directly with Inflo's Marketing department to ensure consistent external messaging of the Financial Statements Solutions., • Provide engaging content to Inflo's Marketing department regarding the Financial Statements Solutions. REQUIREMENTS Key Competencies and Attributes • Deep technical expertise in financial reporting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP), including industry-specific knowledge., • Proven experience leading product, methodology, or content delivery teams in an accounting, audit, or fintech environment., • Strong understanding of accounting technology and how digital solutions can enhance financial reporting workflows., • Ability to translate complex regulatory and accounting requirements into user-friendly, digital-first product features., • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, particularly across engineering, product, and methodology teams., • Commercially aware, capable of balancing technical accuracy with product-market fit., • Strategic thinker with strong organizational leadership skills and a focus on outcomes., • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, Agile environment with competing priorities and high expectations.
