Main Responsibilities Will Include: • Design and develop commercially viable womenswear soft wovens ranges tailored to a portfolio of key customers, • Translate buyer briefs into on-trend, forward-thinking designs that align with brand handwriting and customer needs, • Conduct ongoing trend research, including social media, influencers, and lifestyle movements, to inform product direction, • Collaborate closely with the fabric team to drive seasonal direction, innovation, and fabric development, • Work cross-functionally with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth product development, • Build strong relationships with retail buyers and contribute to customer meetings and presentations, • Previous experience in womenswear soft wovens within a commercial supplier or high street environment, • Strong understanding of current high street trends, with the ability to anticipate future direction, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude, • Creative, innovative, and confident in contributing new ideas JBRP1_UKTJ
