Recognised for clinical excellence and innovation, they have built a strong reputation across NHS and private hospitals. Following several successful product launches, the company is continuing to grow and invest in people, training, and portfolio development. They are now seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their team and support customers across London and the South East. The Role As a Clinical Specialist, you'll spend much of your time in operating theatres, providing hands-on clinical training, education, and case support to surgeons, scrub nurses, and wider clinical teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of advanced surgical stapling and energy devices, supporting cases across colorectal, gynae, and general surgery. You'll work closely with the commercial team to drive product usage, build clinical confidence, and develop strong relationships across key NHS and private accounts. This is a field-based role with daily travel across the South East and London. Candidate Profile We're looking for candidates who are passionate about surgery, education, and patient outcomes. • The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical training or specialist role within a theatre environment, supported by a strong clinical background., • Theatre Nurses or ODPs with proven commercial awareness and interpersonal skills are also highly encouraged to apply., • Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures, • Previous exposure to surgical stapling or energy devices will enhance your application, • Confident supporting and communicating with theatre teams, • Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced clinical environment, • Full UK driving licence required The Package • Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE), • Bonus: £12,000 OTE, • Car Allowance: £600/month, • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and full training with clear progression opportunities Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical training or specialist role within a theatre environment, supported by a strong clinical background.
