About You You’re a vet with at least three years in small animal practice - maybe more. You’ve got the foundations down, but you want to stretch further, not stagnate. You’re confident in your skills but humble enough to ask for a second pair of eyes when needed. You’ll thrive here if you are: • Competent and comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry (and keen to keep growing)., • A communicator who builds trust with clients, teammates, and families., • Organised, efficient, and proactive - the kind of vet who keeps the ops day flowing without wrecking the vibe., • A wellness advocate who believes prevention is as important as cure. Skills, Experience & Qualifications • RCVS registered veterinary degree., • Ideally 2–5+ years small animal experience (or second-jobber with grit and ambition)., • Surgical confidence (routine ops; GI work, happy to develop deeper skills)., • Comfortable with imaging and diagnostics - but like to bounce ideas both ways with colleagues., • Solid dental skills and enthusiasm to improve further., • Clear, empathetic communication in consults., • Leadership in the day-to-day flow of practice (delegation, time management, decision-making).
