About the Role This Mental Health Support Worker role is in place to support individuals managing and/or recovering from mental health crisis. It is incredibly fast paced, working with individuals for up to 6 weeks, you therefore must be flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet and react well to change. It is desirable for you to have existing experience and/or qualifications; however, we are looking for people who share our vision so please get in touch for more information. Working hours are usually Monday to Friday but there is flexibility required based on client needs, involving occasional weekend work.
