Role Overview: As the Private Dining & Events Manager with Apex Hotels, you will be an innovative and passionate private dining and events manager who enjoys creating a lifestyle F&B vibe. The role will include leading and being accountable for our Room Service offering and standards, with additional shifts in our restaurant. This role is based at our Lampery Seething Lane branch, with additional support and assistance with our other London properties. • Assist your F&B Manager in the Delivery of outlet profit targets:, • By ensuring you and your team provide outstanding service, decreasing the need to have to offer any refunds due to complaints, • Ensuring engaging upselling techniques are implemented in order to increase sales, • Being a stickler for ensuring Productivity and tight controls on payroll spends, in line with Revenues, • Reviewing key metrics and performance indicators with your manager and ensuring suitable action is taken and trained into your teams to ensure better results, • Working with your manager to ensure that Daily / weekly payroll/food/beverage cost analysis in accordance with forecasted and materialised revenues to ensure optimal performance and immediate overspend correction, • To train and develop a multi skilled team that delivers payroll flexibility with minimal hierarchy, • Collaborative work with the events department, • Review of all feedback post Private Dining & Events functions, • Support in Proactive involvement in Sales familiarisation trips and customer tastings to ensure personalised experiences and drive value.
