Property Operations Assistant (Moped Driver Required)

This is a temporary position to cover sick leave but it can be extended to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: • Property Inspections & Inventory: Conduct check-in/check-out and annual inspections, record property condition, report damages, and maintain inventory of furnishings., • Photography & Marketing: Capture and prepare high-quality property images and videos for marketing use across platforms; manage and update promotional materials., • Access & Guest Readiness: Coordinate contractor access, support maintenance scheduling, prepare properties for guests, manage key handovers, and restock essentials., • Incident Reporting & Communication: Log issues in the CRM system and maintain clear communication with the property manager on property status and incidents., • Strong time management and ability to work independently across multiple locations, • Excellent written communication and keen attention to detail, • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner when interacting with tenants, contractors, and team members, • Annual bonuses, including loyalty bonuses.

Our winter bonus scheme applies to Moped Drivers and Cyclists where an extra 10% of hours worked can be earned, earning up to £13.43 per hour. Terms and conditions apply, during winter months only.
