Key Responsibilities • Produce compliant mortgage research and suitability reports., • Support, guide and mentor a junior paraplanner., • Manage and advise on allocated client cases (no new business generation)., • Convert existing client leads and nurture ongoing relationships., • Work collaboratively with advisers and case managers to ensure smooth client journeys., • Maintain strong compliance standards and contribute to process improvements. Skills & Experience • Strong mortgage paraplanning experience., • Confident supporting or mentoring junior colleagues., • Interested in or ready for adviser responsibilities., • Proactive team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment., • Excellent communication and organisational abilities., • CeMAP (or equivalent) preferred.
