The Manchester Site Our brand-new Manchester venue has a very clear "upward" energy - starting with a casual, high-traffic Vietnamese Café on the ground floor and transitioning into a more premium casual Restaurant, Private Dining, and Late-Night Bar upstairs. The Opportunity We are looking for passionate, hard-working Line Chefs to join our brand-new kitchen team. Working alongside our Head Chef/Kitchen Manager, General Manager and Owner you will be on the front lines of this historic Manchester opening. You will help launch a high-volume, fresh-food operation, cooking incredible food that spans rapid daytime café execution to beautiful premium evening dining. • The Launch Team: Be part of the foundational kitchen brigade for our Manchester opening, participating in full kitchen training, menu run-throughs, and launch events., • Fresh Food Execution: Work across different kitchen sections, preparing and cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes, small plates, and mains to exact specifications., • Speed & Consistency: Maintain absolute consistency in taste and food presentation during peak, high-volume lunch and dinner rushes., • Hygiene & Safety: Keep your station immaculately clean, organized, and compliant with food safety, allergen control, and health & safety standards. The Ideal Candidate • Kitchen Experience: Prior experience working as a Line Chef, Commis Chef, or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Experience with Asian cuisine especially Vietnamese cuisine is advantageous, but full training is provided., • Operational Grit: You love the rush of a busy service. You have high energy, a strong work ethic, and thrive when the kitchen pass gets busy., • The "Detail" Architect: You take pride in your work. You care about how every single bowl or plate looks before it leaves your section., • Team Player: You have a positive attitude, communicate clearly under pressure, and support your fellow chefs to get through a busy shift together., • Reliable & Punctual: You are disciplined, turn up for your shifts on time, and are ready to work hard as part of a team. Project & Launch Management • Manage end‑to‑end project timelines for restaurant setup, launch preparation, and expansion activities., • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all operational milestones are achieved.
