Collaborating closely with a diverse range of colleagues—including business stakeholders, developers, and systems administrators—you'll develop systems that are not only efficient but also highly effective, perfectly aligning with Weetabix’s strategic goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable, and secure application designs using appropriate technologies., • Design integrated solutions to automate processes for improved operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making., • Identify risks and bottlenecks in designs and propose mitigation strategies., • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams and technical specifications., • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement., • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams., • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, participate in audits, and implement best practices., • Engage in architectural forums and strategically leverage core systems like PowerPlatform and Boomi for economy of scale., • Applications solution architect experience is essential (not infrastructure or network), • Domain experience in Supply Chain and preferably also Finance, • Some experience in creating architectural designs for business solutions including integrations and automation., • Knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns and software development methodologies., • Experience and technical knowledge of Boomi or similar integration systems., • Experience on Azure or other cloud-based platforms including AI services., • PowerPlatform / PowerApps / PowerAutomate experience., • IT Service experience (ideally ITIL exposure)., • The ability to create high-level and low-level technical designs to meet business requirements., • Understanding of development principles and lifecycles relating to business applications and data management systems, • Good understanding of businesses processes and ERP / supporting systems including WMS & APS (Advanced Planning System). From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site to repairing key distribution equipment, our team handles most aspects of Amazons technical side. This includes keeping buildings legally compliant, so everyone is safe, and our sites are operating at maximum efficiency. Your key responsibilities are Maintain the stability, configuration, and ongoing performance of the SCADA / Network Management System (NMS), ensuring system defects, firmware issues and configuration problems are resolved promptly. Support operational control teams by ensuring real-time visibility of the network through reliable NMS / SCADA head-end operation. Project manage the installation, commission and integrate telemetry systems including RTUs, PLCs, relays, and associated automation devices, supporting I/O checks, firmware updates, SAT/FAT activities, and version control. Assist in the development and maintenance of digital substation standards, engineering, protection integration, and relay configuration support. Working with the Electricity Programme Manager, contribute to the organisations cybersecurity posture by supporting NIST 2.0 readiness, assisting with technical hardening, and producing audit-ready evidence. Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of operational test plans across SCADA / NMS assets. Assist in the digitisation and maintenance of the electricity networks drawing libraries and technical record systems. Experience/Knowledge Technical, industry, contract, programme, control system operations, commissioning, and Health & Safety experience in power distribution, up-to 33kV.
