Job Title: Durability & Robustness Attribute Lead – Accessories Location: Warwick Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Durability & Robustness (D&R) Attribute Lead to define, develop, and deliver robustness and reliability attributes across the Accessories portfolio. This is a pure attribute role ensuring all products meet brand performance standards and integrate seamlessly with vehicle-level D&R strategies. The role demands a strong focus on quality, real-world testing, continuous improvement, and innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product durability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Define robust D&R attribute targets using benchmarking, physical testing, measurement, and visual assessment, • Collaborate with engineering system owners to cascade D&R requirements supporting vehicle-level objectives (e.g., RMDV, Doors, TRM), • Plan and deliver vehicle and system-level Design Verification (DV) focusing on rig, road, and driven activities, • Develop and maintain DVPs that maximize best practices and cost-effective tools, • Report attribute status through clear documentation supporting programme gateways, • Work cross-functionally to identify, progress, and resolve technical issues, • Communicate technical guidance and recommendations clearly at all levels, • Represent Accessories Attributes within the vehicle D&R team, • Support lessons learned, continuous improvement activities, and off-cycle capability development Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Proven experience in vehicle Durability & Robustness attribute engineering, • Strong understanding of whole vehicle engineering systems and technologies, • Experience defining and delivering D&R attribute targets using physical testing and real-world validation, • Experience planning and executing vehicle and system testing and sign-off activities, • Knowledge of D&R test methodologies (proving grounds, rig testing, road load data application), • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability using structured problem-solving tools, • Awareness of FMEA and DoE principles, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint essential), • Understanding of engineering project management fundamentals, • Full UK driving licence
