Office Manager Permanent I Neath £30,000- £35,000 per annum dependent on experience Bridgestone Group is working in partnership with an innovative and growing engineering business that is seeking a hands‑on Office Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, taking ownership of office operations, and bringing structure, consistency and efficiency as the company continues to scale. You will play a key role across finance, administration and operational support, acting as a central point of contact and effectively “running the office”. Key Responsibilities • Owning day‑to‑day office management and administration, • Raising invoices and supporting basic financial administration, • Managing and maintaining the Xero accounting system (full ownership of this would be a real advantage), • Handling diary management, correspondence and internal communications, • Taking inbound calls and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, • Managing document control, records, systems and filing processes, • Supporting operational teams with coordination, logistics and general admin, • Planning and booking travel, accommodation and hotels as the team moves between sites and projects, • Introducing and maintaining efficient systems and processes to support business growth This role is working Monday to Friday, hybrid working with 2- 3 days in the office Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or similar all‑round support role, • Confident managing invoicing and administrative processes, • Experience using Xero or similar accounting systems, • Comfortable taking ownership of office systems, bookings, calls and coordination, • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, • Proactive, adaptable and happy to support across the business where needed, • Confident working within a small, entrepreneurial team environment
