About DermaWeave DermaWeave is a world-first contactless microfibrous delivery system for use following cosmetic procedures. Desirable experience • Experience working with novel or device-adjacent delivery formats (encapsulated actives, microfibre matrices, electrospun systems, or comparable)., • Experience collaborating directly with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, or clinical teams to align formulation design with treatment outcomes., • Previous experience in a startup, early-stage company, or standalone R&D function where autonomy and breadth were required.
