With a purpose-built site in Dartford and a fully live stock system, they combine operational precision with a deep understanding of what chefs needโquality produce, reliable service, and less hassle. Role: This is a hands-on, people-first role where your judgement, empathy, and adaptability will be valued more than rigid rulebooks. If youโre confident navigating complex ER, coaching managers, and leading a small but mighty HR teamโthis could be your next move. What youโll be doing: โข Leading and developing a responsive, people-focused HR team, โข Managing employee relations cases with fairness and sound judgement, โข Coaching managers with practical, operationally aware HR advice, โข Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery, โข Designing and delivering essential skills training for managers, โข Building trusted relationships across the business Experience: โข Locally based - Must be able to drive to Dartford Daily, โข 3 years+ In HR, โข Looking for is someone who isnโt too process-driven (IE strict policies, processes etc), โข Looking for a Senior advisor who has the hands-on experience with all HR functions, but is ready for the step up into a team leadership/manager role, What you wonโt find There: bureaucracy for the sake of it.
