About Little Door & Co: The Little Door & Co operates design-led cocktail bars inspired by the warmth and energy of a great house party, stylish, welcoming and effortlessly social. Behind that atmosphere sits a structured, high-volume late-night operation. Our venues transition from premium evening drinking spaces into vibrant dancefloor destinations, and we are now seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead one of them. The Role As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational discipline and commercial focus. You will: Lead bar and floor teams during high-volume service Own the floor during peak late-night trade Drive revenue through strong floor and bar management and booking control Maintain compliance, health & safety and operational standards Support labour control, GP management and overall site performance This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy cocktail bar that becomes a serious late-night venue. About You Strong background in late-night or high-volume environments Commercially aware and operationally confident Calm under pressure, with natural leadership presence You understand how to balance premium hospitality with high-energy nightlife, protecting standards while keeping the party alive.
