Key Responsibilities: - Perform advanced skin treatments, including laser therapies, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. - Conduct client consultations, providing tailored skincare advice and treatment plans. - Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols. - Build strong client relationships, offering a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service. - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the aesthetics and beauty industry. Requirements: - NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification, with certification in laser treatments. - Proven experience in performing advanced skincare and laser treatments. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Passionate about aesthetics and skincare with a professional approach to client care. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
