What you’ll be doing: In this role, you'll be owning a proportion of the White Rabbit revenue as a fundamental member of the sales team. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and collaborate with multiple members of the team and our customers to deliver growth through share winning plans. • Own the numbers: full P/L management of a range of Foodservice and Wholesale accounts as well as a national retail account with budgets & KPIs to be delivered and variable and fixed spend management, in line with budgets., • A natural hustler: you’re a go-getter, proactively engaging new leads or landing new products, creating engaging sells that focus on White Rabbit’s gluten free credentials., • A customer champion: manage and develop strong relationships with key decision makers at these accounts, working closely with them to understand their needs, develop strategic plans and unlock sales growth., • A brand ambassador: clearly communicate our brand and product strategy externally to customers., • A strategic thinker: develop a strategic plan for accounts across channels, with consideration as to how this fits within the broader business plan for White Rabbit., • A collaborator: you’ll work within dynamic multi-functional teams which include supply chain managers, category managers, brand manager & the bakery team.
