The ideal candidate will be qualified with NVQ 3 in Beauty Therapy with several years in salon experience delivering a wide range of high quality treatments that put the client first. You are passionate about the Beauty industry and willing to deliver the best service and experience to our clients. You will support your manager to maximize revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of retail products. You will also help to make sure the salon is kept clean and well maintained. Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face, through Ebay and Amazon Ensuring to take and process customer orders and payments, refunds and Ebay and Amazon To do credit checks, raise invoices and deal with paperwork, especially for business or wholesale customers To update customer records To check stock and re-order supplies as needed, coordinate with the warehouse manager To be sales oriented and grow the sales of the business To assist and support and work as a team and guide them through digital marketing and its use for sales growth
