What You’ll Do • Motion Design: Animate assets, design kinetic typography, and create dynamic motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and brand systems primarily using Adobe After Effects., • Web Design & Build: Construct and style responsive, polished client websites using Wix, and design user interface elements in Figma., • Graphic & Brand Support: Assist with building brand identity systems, digital campaign collateral, and client assets as studio projects evolve., • Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming, visual direction, and tracking design trends so we keep pushing the quality of what we make. La Petite Bretagne is a small restaurant with a small kitchen team, which means that for a large part of your shifts, you will be expected to work independently and manage your section by yourself. There will not always be another chef next to you telling you what needs to be done. You need to be able to organise your own preparation, keep your section ready, manage multiple orders at the same time and stay in control when service becomes busy. That means strong organisation and the ability to work under pressure are extremely important.     Role Overview: Embassy Cafe is seeking a reliable and skilled Breakfast Head Chef to manage our busy morning service. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes, managing kitchen prep, and ensuring excellent food standards. Morning routine: Cook breakfast items quickly and to a high standard during peak café rushes, set up the breakfast station before service begins at 6am. Because this shift extends into the early afternoon, you will also oversee the transition from breakfast to lunch prep such as (cooking lasagna, chicken curry, chilli con carne, shakshuka, ect., while prepping for a lunch rush), setting up the kitchen for the following day while utilising the early afternoon hours to prep ingredients for the next morning and managing strict kitchen hygiene, food storage, and temperature control standards. One of the most important duties will be inventory control- monitoring food stock, rotating ingredients, and reporting shortages. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy morning rushes is highly valuable, punctuality is a requirement. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen or café with a valid UK Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (Level 2 preferred).
