To assist with key data management and data reporting, budget monitoring and forecasting, along with management of the weighbridge systems. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Supporting Material Sales Manager in all aspects of material offtake contract management arranging for the safe and cost-effective transfer and treatment of wastes\n, • Assisting with contractor monitoring and management, processing of contract and other payments, recording and manipulation of data. \n, • Continuous updates and records maintained across all site weighbridges on internal system (Weightron)\n, • Assist in the management and control of the weighbridge system, including monitoring of waste flows, data interrogation and manipulation, reporting, database administration, financial reconciliation, customer and user management.\n, • Assist with key data management to include the collation and interrogation of data from internal and external sources, forecasting, data manipulation and presentation of data.\n, • Assist in the preparation and production of waste contract documents and specifications, selection of tenderers, tender invitation and evaluation.\n, • Assist in the sale and supply of materials, including market analysis and monitoring, engaging the market for prices, arranging collections, administering payments, general record keeping and administration. \n, • Assist with budget monitoring, control and forecasting.\n, • Keep abreast of waste management legislation\n, • Deputise for Materials Sales Manager as required.\n, • Regular Duty of Care visits to our material processors are completed in accordance with our BMS (Business Management System)\n\n \n Essential Requirements for the Role: \n\n • Minimum of 3 years contract management and contract administration experience\n, • A degree or equivalent experience\n, • A full UK driving license \n, • Knowledge and experience in weighbridge applications to include data base management, user access control, billing functions, reporting and analysis\n, • Experience of contract management in a waste environment\n, • Knowledge of relevant waste legislation\n, • Ability to analyse complex information and present it logically\n, • Excellent data interrogation skills\n, • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills\n, • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision \n, • Excellent organisational and time management skills\n, • Able to liaise and work with multi-disciplinary teams, colleagues and stakeholders\n, • Numerate, computer literate and excellent attention to detail, with practical experience of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel\n, • Able to pick up on systems management is critical in this role\n\n Full Job Description can be provided upon request. \n \n Our Benefits: \n\n • Annual leave package of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.\n, • Employer contribution of 5% into the company pension scheme.\n, • Support for Mental Health, including a BUPA Employee Assistance Programme that provides support covering Mental Health, Financial and Family related topics.
