Multi -Trade Carpenter - 12 Month FTC\n\nBased in Feltham\n\nFull Time\n\nPermanent\n\n£41,491 + van & fuel card\n\n40 Hours – Mon -Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm\n\nAbout The Role;-\n\nAs a Carpenter Multi Tradesperson you will provide high quality, customer and quality focused service, delivering a range of multi trade and carpentry works within our residential services department in and around the London Borough of Hounslow. \n\nKey Responsibilities and Duties:\n\nTo carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to all wet trades including plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally and tiling, using schedule of rates.\nTo have the multi skills knowledge and skills competency in order to complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.\nTo have the ability to plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.\nWorking to maintain the current achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.\nTo perform all the duties associated with a fully qualified Multi Trade Engineer\nTo always understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies\nTo display a high level of customer care when dealing with tenants and leaseholders and contribute positively towards a high-quality customer focused service. \nTo promote customer satisfaction by working in a clean and tidy manner ensuring minimal disruption to residents during the course of a repair.\nTo ensure all tools and materials and any associated debris are removed from sites following repairs and homes and communal areas left in a clean and tidy state.\n\nEducation & Qualifications Required:\n\nApprenticeship / City & Guilds/ NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience. \n\nPrevious Experience and Skills Required:\n\nFull, clean driving licence\nPrevious experience as a Multi skilled Tradesperson or Carpenter\nPrevious experience of working in a Social Housing environment is desirable.\nGood level of numeracy, literacy, written, oral and communication skills \nPrevious experience of an out of hours emergency make safe service. \n\nIn return Lampton Group will offer you\n\n24 days holiday allowance, plus bank holidays\nFree gym membership \nLampton Rewards - discounts and offers from top brands and services\nEE rewards - 20% off phone, sim and mobile broadband\nEnhanced Maternity and Paternity leave \nPension Scheme \nStaff wellbeing services, including access to online GP, occupational health and EAP\nFlu Jabs \nEye care vouchers and support towards glasses \nCycle to work scheme \nElectric Car salary sacrifice scheme \nWe offer annual pay reviews and incremental pay increases \n\nOur companies represent a bold, new and ambitious approach by a London Borough.
