Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience working as an Optical Assistant, • Strong knowledge of the optical industry, including frames and prescription lenses, • Confident in frame styling, fitting, and basic lens understanding, • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into sales, • Excellent customer service skills – polite, professional, and approachable, • Sharp-minded, smart, and well-presented individual, • Excellent communication skills, • Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi (mandatory) Key Responsibilities: • Assisting customers with frame selection and lens options, • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, • Supporting sales targets and practice growth, • Handling day-to-day optical assistant duties confidently, • Building long-term relationships with customers Growth Opportunity: This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and willing to grow, with the opportunity to progress into a Practice Manager position.
