Catering Resourcer We are looking for a Catering Resourcer to join our small, busy recruitment team. 📅 Monday–Friday ⏰ 7:30am–4:00pm Your main role will be to source and speak to candidates every day for a range of catering positions, including: • Chefs and Sous Chefs, • Kitchen Assistants and Catering Assistants, • Front of House and Deli Assistants, • Kitchen Porters, • Other hospitality roles About You We’re looking for someone who: • Has excellent communication and people skills., • Is confident speaking to candidates on the phone., • Can work quickly and effectively under pressure., • Is organised and able to manage a busy workload., • Is proactive and good at building relationships., • Works well as part of a small, close-knit team., • Has a positive attitude and fits well into a busy office environment., • Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel., • Can learn and use our internal recruitment portals and systems. Catering recruitment can be very fast-paced, with roles often needing to be filled at short notice, so you need to be able to react quickly and stay organised. This is an ongoing kitchen porter role with flexible early or late starts and weekly pay of £13.45 per hour. The contract will be very busy, so you should be physically fit, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ideally, you will be available to work 40 or more hours per week.
