You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager and MD. • Overseeing day to day operations on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard., • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all trades work in line with project timelines and compliance requirements., • Ensure full adherence to fire safety and building regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records., • Carry out Quality Assurance checks, updating and managing QA tracking through Procore., • Engage with residents where required, addressing concerns professionally and maintaining positive relationships., • Manage the Site Supervisor, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise., • Monitor progress against programme and report any delays, risks, or resource needs. Experience / Certifications • Proven remediation experience (essential)., • Experience with render and zinc rainscreen cladding systems., • Balcony decking replacement experience., • Strong understanding of current fire and building regulations, including the Building Safety Act., • Competent in Quality Assurance processes, ideally using Procore., • CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 7), SMSTS, First Aid, and other relevant H&S certifications.
