Location: UK (Remote) Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or Digital Agency environments. Reports to: Founder The Opportunity RevWise is one of the fastest growing, and most innovative independent performance marketing agencies in the UK currently, and we are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to join our TikTok Shop department. We don't just "manage" accounts; we architect the entire social commerce ecosystem. As a senior leader, you will move beyond execution to take full ownership of client strategy, high-level creator partnerships, and the scaling of our TikTok Shop department. You will be the bridge between creative trends and hard performance data, ensuring our global clients dominate their categories. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Strategy & Growth Mastery • Full-Funnel Ownership: Launch and scale TikTok Shops for top-tier clients, overseeing product positioning, inventory management, and pricing strategies., • Growth Roadmaps: Build and iterate monthly growth plans tailored to high-spend D2C brands, focusing on scaling GMV and ROAS., • Advanced Shop Health: Take full ownership of the TikTok Seller Center, ensuring 100% compliance, logistics efficiency, and optimization of data. 2. Affiliate & Creator Leadership • High-Value Negotiations: Lead negotiations with top-tier Creators and MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) to secure exclusive, high-impact content., • Team Mentorship: Supervise and train Junior Account Executives, ensuring high standards of outreach quality, creator briefing, and follow-up., • UGC Architecture: Define the "creative hook" strategy for creator content to ensure it aligns with performance marketing goals. 3. Performance & Data Intelligence • Campaign Execution: Lead "Live" commerce events, product drops, and seasonal pulses (e.g., Black Friday) with full accountability for conversion rate optimisation., • Deep-Dive Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly strategic insights to clients, moving beyond "what happened" to "what we are doing next to scale." Requirements • Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or Digital Agency environments., • Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center. Experience with Shopify or Amazon is a massive bonus., • Commercial DNA: You understand the math behind D2C brands (CAC, LTV, contribution margins, and attribution)., • Leadership Pulse: You are a self-starter who thrives on high-volume environments and enjoys coaching others., • TikTok Native: You understand the "TikTok aesthetic," trending sounds, and subcultures better than anyone else.
