Lead teams of SAPs, control engineers, supervisors, back-office support, and technicians, ensuring high performance and resource allocation across internal and contractor teams * Assign and oversee commissioning work scopes. * Plan and deliver SAP-related activities for all onshore and offshore substation transmission systems, including export cables and pre-commissioning works at the construction/assembly yard. * Manage team and individual performance, identifying training needs and addressing wellbeing or performance issues in line with company processes.
