Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in healthcare support, nursing assistance, or related field preferred. -Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. -Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required. -Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and assisting patients. -Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines. -Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
