The Role We’re looking for an unpaid Operations Assistant Intern to join our growing Operations team and help keep the business moving. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, curious, commercially minded and naturally gets things done. You’ll work across operations, customers, sales, compliance, marketing and product, making sure processes run smoothly, information is accurate and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be someone who sees a problem and thinks “I’ll sort it”. What you'll be doing • Support the day-to-day running of our operational processes and workflows, • Help manage customer and investor journeys from application through to completion, • Keep systems, records and operational data accurate and up to date, • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance and Finance to move cases forward, • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with the right people to keep things moving, • Support customer and investor queries and ensure they receive timely, high-quality responses, • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and recurring issues — and help fix them, • Prepare reports, trackers and operational updates for the wider team, • Support onboarding, documentation and administrative processes, • Help implement new tools, processes and ways of working as we scale, • Take ownership of ad-hoc operational projects and get them over the line What we're looking for You don't need years of experience. Why you'll love it here This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. We're growing quickly, which means you'll have the opportunity to learn, take ownership and make a real impact. You'll work closely with different teams, get exposure to how a fintech operates end-to-end and have a real voice in improving the way we work. If you like moving fast, solving problems and getting things done, you'll fit right in. We are open to both part time and full time candidates. Ready to build something different?
