About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the coordination and allocation of radiography staffing across our diagnostic imaging services. You will play a key role in ensuring the right number of qualified radiographers are scheduled across multiple sites to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous service delivery. This is a fast-paced operational role involving rota management, real-time staffing support, recruitment coordination, and workforce compliance. Key Responsibilities • Create, manage, and update radiographer rotas across multiple sites, • Respond quickly to sickness, absence, cancellations, and staffing changes, • Allocate staff in line with clinical demand and service priorities, • Act as first point of contact for staffing and rota queries, • Support daily operational briefings and cross-team communication, • Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and compliance checks, • Maintain accurate workforce systems, records, and documentation, • Process timesheets and support payroll/invoice accuracy, • Ensure all compliance requirements (DBS, Right to Work, training) are met, • Support incident management and service disruption response, • Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives, • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota as required About You Essential: • Experience in coordination, scheduling, workforce management, or administration, • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment, • Experience in healthcare staffing or clinical environments, • Familiarity with rota/scheduling systems, • Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare organisation, • Exposure to NHS and independent sector diagnostic services, • A collaborative and supportive team environment, • Professional development and career growth opportunities Location 📍 Manchester City Centre (Office-based) 🔄 Hybrid working available after probation Interested?
