The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator to support our team in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the tenancy process, from initial enquiries through to tenancy end. Key Responsibilities • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails, • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, • Conducting property viewings (driving licence essential), • Completing routine property inspections and arranging repairs where required, • Preparing tenancy documentation, • Collecting rent and deposits and following up on arrears, • Managing deposit returns and disputes, • Arranging inventories and certificates About You The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in student lettings is essential. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.
