ROLE DETAILS Reporting To: CEO & Founder Location: Northern Ireland (with travel across UK & Ireland, and internationally as the role develops) SALARY & BENEFITS Starting salary: depending on experience Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Occasional overnight travel required 30 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays) Additional birthday day off Employee discount Product allowance and brand perks Travel opportunities ROLE OVERVIEW This is a key commercial role within STORIES Parfums, focused on supporting the growth and development of our wholesale and retail partnerships. Working directly with the Founder, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing accounts while supporting the development of new business opportunities across boutiques, hotels, and aligned luxury spaces. This role sits at the intersection of sales, brand, and operations — requiring strong communication, organisation, and consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as first point of contact for wholesale and retail partners, • Maintain consistent communication with stockists and key accounts, • Support reorders, product updates, and account activity, • Coordinate marketing calendars and gift-with-purchase activations, • Support outreach to new retail and partnership opportunities, • Assist in setting up meetings with buyers and managing follow-up communication., • Support our Head of Education, • Maintain accurate records across systems, • Support order processing and coordination with fulfilment, • Assist with preparation for partner meetings and brand activations, • Support and attend Scent Society Gatherings across the UK & Ireland, • Work collaboratively across the team to support overall brand growth PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY 12-month pathway to a more senior commercial or account management role, based on performance, consistency, and contribution to growth. ADDITIONAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS • Strong administrative skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, • Full training will be provided on all internal software platforms including Shopify, CRM, Asana and Slack, • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Strong copywriting and writing skills
